We had a fantastic stay, with friendly staff who provided excellent customer service. Luca, in particular, were really nice too make us feel comfortable and welcome. He gave us great recommendations for places to visit and even helped us book museum tickets. The hotel itself was charming and clean, and the breakfast offered a variety of options to choose from. The location was perfect, as it was centrally located and within walking distance of all the major sights, while still being in a quiet area away from the tourist crowds.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, within walking distance of the main attractions and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, including fresh fruit and delicious croissants. the hotel provided a kitchen with a fridge and snacks, adding to the convenience of the stay.
The bathroom could have been more spacious, providing more space for toiletries and personal items.
